Special tools for door frame manufacturing

Effizient bending of door frame profiles requires a wide variety of profiles to be produced without changing setup. We offer a number of special tools that warrant just this: special tools can be constructed that match your requirements for number of profiles and the specs of your materials.

 

Example 1 shows a complex tool L=3.100mm with a pneumatic clamping-stamp and a die with curver and hemming tool, stopping arm and a holder for the die.

 

 

Beispiel 2 is somewhat less complex. Our customers bend many semi-standard profiles in the specialty-arena with modified versions of this tool.
